The team at the Murrayfield Medical Practice take our patients well-being seriously, and do all we can to make your experience with the Practice as stress free as possible.

The form below can be used for a number of reasons.

It can be used to tell us about anything you think we do well and we welcome positive feedback and compliments - these will always be shared with the individuals and team members concerned whom we are lucky to have as part of our practice.

Equally, you may use this form to contact us about concerns or complaints. Mistakes can happen but misunderstandings are more common. Both need to be sorted out in a timely manner, so please speak with a member of the reception team or the Practice Manager initially who can often resolve your concern over the phone. You may then wish to submit any complaints in writing using the form below.
