There is a ramp to the entrance. The doors are fitted with automatic openers for wheelchair users and pushchairs. Our waiting room, consulting room and toilet facilities are designed for wheelchair access. There is a ‘deaf loop’ system and for our younger patients the practice has children changing facilities and a toddler ‘toilet training’ seat and step.

We have restricted on-street parking available on Riversdale Crescent or Murrayfield Road. Disabled parking is available in front of the entrance. 

From 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday and weekends NHS24 will provide the out of hours service. Telephone: 111

Please make sure you order any repeat prescription medication in sufficient time to allow the request to be sent to and processed by the pharmacy.

The practice will be closed each day between 12:30pm-1:30pm unless you have an appointment. Please listen to the answer message for details on how to contact us. Please do not show up to the surgery without an appointment during this time.

The practice will also close for protected learning time on 4 half-days a year. Again, please listen to the phone message for emergency advice. There will be no routine appointments during these closures so please do not attend the practice as the door will be locked.
