You can book an appointment with the practice up to 6 weeks in advance with a GP or Nurse. Our phone lines are open each day from 8am until 6pm

Following patient feedback, we have recently increased the number of on-the-day and next day appointments for GPs which become available to book from 8am Monday to Friday. This allows some flexibility for acute conditions that can be seen quickly but can't wait for an advanced appointment in 4 to 5 weeks time. 

We also have on the day and pre-bookable telephone calls with the GP. Telephone calls will normally be between 8am and 9am or 12pm and 2pm. 

We also offer early morning nurse appointments for bloods, review, and smear tests from 7:30am to accommodate those with other commitments during the day and these are always popular.

The reception team are trained to ask you a number of questions to direct your call to the right place. Please assist them by providing all the information asked for, including details of why you need the appointment, This helps to triage the call appropriately and get the care you need from the right person and at the right time. 

Please note, test results will only be given out after 2pm and we only accept prescription requests over the telephone from housebound patients. Please order online or via your local pharmacy otherwise.
